Selorm Dzaka

Hello there, my name is Selorm Dzaka, I was born and raised in Ghana but permanently moved to the United States in 2009. I have a bachelors from Messiah College in PA and an MBA from Shippensburg University also in PA.  I met Rachel in College and two years after graduation, we got married and now have two amazing little boys. I serve in the Army National Guard as a helicopter mechanic.

My photography journey started about 10 years ago. After the first 5 years, I turned the hobby into a profession. I have photographed clients with many different backgrounds and styles. My goal is to create timeless photographs you and your family will always cherish.

In addition to natural light, I love getting creative with off camera flash photography. I enjoy teaching flash photography to beginner photographers. I am comfortable shooting in almost any situation because I have learned techniques that help me maintain control of light at all times.

One important skill I picked up from a year of working as a school photographer is the art of posing people of all body types in a flattering manner.
