My photography journey started about 10 years ago. After the first 4 years, I turned the hobby into a profession. I have photographed clients with many different backgrounds and styles. My goal is to create timeless photographs you and your family will always cherish.
In addition to natural light, I love getting creative with off camera flash photography. I enjoy teaching flash photography to beginner photographers as well. I am comfortable shooting in almost any situation because I have learned techniques that help me maintain control of light at all times. I have photographed over 20 weddings by myself and many others as an associate photographer.
Three important skills I picked up from a year of working as a school photographer are 1: The art of posing people of all body types in a flattering manner. 2: Proper communication between client and photographer 3: Working with large numbers of people.

My name is Rachel and I have the privilege of being married to Selorm. He has taught me everything that I know about taking pictures and shooting videos. Though my focus may be on the details leading up to your session or event, Selorm and I work together to bring you a memorable experience. I love to laugh and we are blessed with 2 boys that we are raising together with God's help. I am a Registered Dietitian by trade, I love trying different types of food and educating target audiences about nutrition. Not only does photography add some flavor to my life, but it is also so rewarding to see and hear about the reactions of satisfied customers. We are here to serve you on your big day, even if it means helping out with last minute set-up needs or providing a needle and thread to fix a wardrobe malfunction just in time.
